About the wine: 75% fresh apple juice straight out of the press is fortified with 25% eau de vie (at 70% alcohol). Aged in old oak cask for 2 years. This gives it a beautiful complexity and creaminess.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 8-10 years.
Service: 12 C degrees.
Food match: A tarte tatin, a creme brulé or a chocolate desert.
