Palate: Charming medium bodied wine, with plenty of red & black fruit and liveliness on the palate. The texture is savory yet elegant with very fine tannins.
About the wine: Albore means dawn in Corsican. Hand harvest, part whole bunch vinification with cold pre-fermentation. Fermentation with indigenous yeast, maceration with gentle daily pumping over. Aging in tanks for about 6 months, bottled without fining or filtration. Only a small amount of So2 is used at bottling and appears on the label. This is a very elegant and pure Corsican wine, which we highly recommend to try!
