About the wine: Albore means dawn in Corsican. 25 years old vines, 4,000 vines per hectares, low yields 25 hectolitre per hectare. Hand harvested in 300 kg boxe, the grapes are destemmed and moved to concrete tanks. After a cold pre-fermentation of 48 hours natural fermentation with indigenous yeast start. Maceration with gentle daily pumping over, they want to avoid too much extraction to keep the wines elegant. Aging in concrete tanks for about 6 months, bottled without fining or filtration. This is a very elegant and pure Corsican wine, which we highly recommend to try!

Service: 14 degrees. We recommend decanting this wine for 30 min.
