About the wine: Cuvee ‘Le Tournebride’ is from 30-year-old massal vineyards, representative of the three main terroirs of Sancerre: the stony, rubble-like Kimmeridgian limestone (Caillottes) brings the aromatics on the noise, the clay-limestone or marl (Terres blanches) brings the structure in the mouth and the flint (Silex) brings the length. Aged in old barrel. No filtration.
