About the wine: Natural fermentation, semi carbonic maceration wholebunches. Fermentation in figer glass tanks and aging in stainless steel tanks about 7 months. A small amount of sulfur is added before bottling yet the wines are elegant and precise. No filtration and no fining. 2,600 bottles produced.
When to drink: Ready to drink now or in the next 4-5 years after vintage.
Service: 14 degrees, Pinot Noir glass.
Food match: Roasted white or red meat, pizza, burger, hard cheese.
