Tasting: Medium bodied red, this is a fresh, juicy, and vibrant Loire Valley Gamay red fruits like cherry and cranberry as well as earthy notes. Delicious red for the lovers of Gamay and Beaujolais alternatives.
About the wine: Microgranites terroir. Hand harvested, 55hl per hectare. Natural vinification, 12 days maceration. Ageing 6 month in tanks. Light filtration and low sulphur added.
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3 years.
Service: 14 to 16 degrees C.
Food match: Roast chicken, grilled salmon, hard cheese or charcuterie.
