About the wine: 30 years old vines on sand and clay. Hand harvested grapes. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
 
When to drink: Drink now or in the next 2-3 years.
 
Service: 10 to 12 degrees C.
 
Food match: Perfect aperitif wine, shellfish and seafood companion. Also great with goat cheese.
