About the wine: Grower Champagne. 10% is vinified in barrel. Blend of 3 vintages. Extra-Brut 4 g/l, No sulphur added since 2016.

Taste like: The Cuvee Elégance Extra-Brut is slightly oxidative, solar and deep with notes of blackcurrant. Yellow and white cooked fruits with a kind of onctuosity with a fresh and driven finish.

When to drink: Drink now or in the next 3-4 years.

Service: 8 to 10 C degrees in a normal wine glass.

Food match: Champagne is one of the most versatile wine with food. We recommend mushroom dishes, seafood, butter-sauced fish, lobster, truffle dishes, duck, game meat triple cream cheese, Goat cheese, aged hard cheeses such as Comte or Gouda or a pavlova (but please avoid sweet desert).
