Full-bodied and round, with a "silken" texture. It boasts fine-grained tannins and a savory, mineral-driven, chalky finish.
About the wine: From the estate best and oldest Cabernet Franc vineyard. The grapes are hand picked and sorted, destemmed then they are fermented with natural yeast, followed by pumping over and delestage. This cuvee is aged in 12hl wooden vats and 600L barrels for 14 months. Beautiful, clean and elegant Cabernet Franc.
